• Holder of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer level education or equivalent 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance
  • Able to read electrical & Mechanical drawings
  • Understanding of pneumatics
  • Worked with conveyors, bagging machine, palletizers, chain, sprocket, belt driven machinery, rotating equipment.
  • Good computer skills and knowledgeable in basic Auto CAD or SAP systems
  • Good communication skills
    • Ability to organize  and supervise all preventive maintenance activities and ensure that all activities are closed according to plan
    • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans or programs as per Vendor manual OEM
    • Supervise and support other departments (Operations, safety)
    • Organize, assign, and review the work output of the team engaged in following duties: Corrective maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and housekeeping
    • Must apply engineering concepts for optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability and improved equipment availability
    • Perform regular checks and maintain all shift activity reports and ensure that it’s sent on time.
    • Responsible for conducting planning meeting on daily basis and ensure that meeting is executed punctually and documented.
    • Oversee and coordinate the workers who repair and maintain bagging machine, conveyors, palletizers, mechanical system, electrical and HVAC systems.
    • Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or equipment and determining what repair/maintenance need to be done within minimum time.
    • Conduct relevant Off-field or On-field training within the team to ensure competency in line with the standard maintenance procedures.
    • Identify and develop required Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) and PM checklists.
    • Must be responsible to identify critical spare parts “on stock“ to ensure smooth operations.
    • Advance identification of critical spare parts for all systems for budgeting purposes.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for repeated and major breakdowns that may impact the equipment availability, mitigation plans, and implementation.
    • Must conduct random equipment/system inspections to ensure and verify the health status and quality of PMs conducted.
    • Must conduct and assist on predictive maintenance activities.
    • Must identify and recommend solutions to improve equipment/system reliability and availability.
    • Interact with client and continuously develop a good working relationship.
    • Encourage and motivate all team members in providing best in class maintenance services and standards.
    • Train new team members in their duties and responsibilities, planning process workflow and standard Maintenance procedures.
    • Defining and initiating improvements on a day to day maintenance activities.
    • Provide accurate information and regular progress updates as required by the department head
    • Ensure that quality standards, procedures, and KPI are met and followed.
    • Prepare and control working schedules with minimum resources and overtime.
    • Conduct team subordinates‘ annual performance evaluation.
    • Reporting of noncompliance to maintenance dept. head.
